APS Phases: SP-APS-P

Our APS-P Series is an amino-propyl silane or NH2 bonded phase best suited for sugar applications or HILIC separations. It is especially useful for saccharide separations using acetonitrile and water.

Depending on the choice of eluent, it can be used under both normal and reversed phase modes.

The amine functionality provides higher reactivity and is useful as a support of special modifications such as chiral phases. Furthermore, it is an ideal choice for many SFC applications.

Exceptional Stability and Reproducibility

This phase is also recommended for the separation of basic compounds under normal phase conditions which cannot be separated using unmodified silica gel. Simple eluents such as hexane / ethyl acetate or chloroform / methanol are used for the separation without any polar solvent additives.

Available in 120, 200 and 300 Å pore sizes and 3, 5, 10, 15 and 20 μm particle sizes
